Valid as relevancy deed for the Applicant and his heirs
ad infinitum. The request is discussed by the Heraldic-Genealogical Council
of the Institute, which, after their resolution, organises for the notary
registration. The decree is closed in a red and/or light blue silk case,
and is formed of seven sheets thread bound, decorated with ornaments and
the name of the family hot gold imprinted.
It includes:
1) Decree by the Heraldic Tribunal;
2) Blazoning of the coat of arms and any concessions or mottos;
3) Coat of arms hand painted colours on decorated art-board di cm. 21 x
29.7;
4) Coat of arms hand painted pen-stroke on decorated art-board di cm. 21
x 29.7;
5) Imprimatur of the Heraldic-Genealogical Council;
6) Notary Authentication with certification of the patent or notary filing.
